A: To solve most issues go through the following three steps:
Make sure your iOS is up to date. This is done by clicking your iPhones settings, General and Software update.
Make sure you allow Byrd to access your location. You can disable this later if you wish, but the application won't work properly without access to your location.
Make sure your password is correct. If you cannot remember your password you can request a new one by clicking "Forgot password?".
