Q: Why can't I install the app/get Byrd to work?

A: To solve most issues go through the following three steps:

  • Make sure your iOS is up to date. This is done by clicking your iPhones settings, General and Software update.

  • Make sure you allow Byrd to access your location. You can disable this later if you wish, but the application won't work properly without access to your location.

  • Make sure your password is correct. If you cannot remember your password you can request a new one by clicking "Forgot password?".
